We are essentially a services based company dedicated to the media manufacturing industry. We offer a complete service for the manufacture of CDs and DVDs incorporating printing, packaging, fulfilment and distribution.
CD Replication
We offer a replication service for all types of compact discs from Audio CDs and CD-ROMs through to CD Business Cards and 8cm 'mini' CDs.
For quantities less than 500 units, our discs are duplicated on high-quality CD-R media and can be printed in up to five colours with a silkscreen gloss varnish. For orders greater than 500 units, the discs are conventionally replicated using a glass master stamper and then either screen printed or litho printed, again in up to six colours.
DVD Replication
We can replicate all formats of DVD including DVD5s, DVD9s and DVD10s plus we have recently launched a new 8cm 'mini' DVD format which is proving extremely popular for promotional and marketing campaigns.
Similar to CDs, order quantities of less than 500 units are duplicated on high-quality DVD-R media whilst orders greater than 500 units are conventionally replicated using a glass master stamper.
USB Flash Drives
We offer a complete service for USB flash drives ranging from off-the-shelf models to bespoke, customised products. All can be pre-loaded with your data and can be supplied with memory capacities up to 16Gb. Click here to go direct to our dedicated USB site.
VHS Duplication
Whilst DVD has obviously replaced the humble VHS videocassette as the format of choice for video content, in certain applications however VHS copies are still required. We can duplicate from Beta SP, Digi Beta and DV-Cam in both PAL and NTSC and offer a full range of labelling and packaging options.
DVD Authoring
We offer a complete solution for authoring DVDs including hardware encoding, menu design, chaptering and content building. Further advanced options such as moving menus, subtitling and surround sound encoding are also available.
Print & Packaging
Most CD or DVD orders will require some element of packaging, be it a simple PVC wallet or Jewel Case to a multi-page Digi Pack or fold-out Slip-Case. We offer a full printing and packaging service which encompasses digital printing for small-quantity runs and lithographic CTP printing for larger quantities.
Fulfilment
In today's world of high-impact marketing campaigns many companies strive to ensure their products stand out from the crowd. This can involve the collation of multiple components which typically will all have to be manually assembled. We offer a complete service for all aspects of manual packing including labelling, shrink-wrapping and individual serialisation.
